BAFN The Renfrew County District School Board (RCDSB) is pleased to announce the successful operator for the Herman Street Public School Childcare Facility as the Bonnechere Algonquin First Nation (BAFN). The centre will be officially known as the Bamoonzhe Daycare . In the Algonquin language, Bamoonzhe means “to care for a child”.

The RCDSB has launched an exchange partnership with l'Academie Clermont-Ferrand in France, and we are planning a six-week French-Canadian student exchange, beginning in the spring of 2023!   This exchange opportunity is open to students currently in Grade 10 who are studying French Immersion, Extended French, or Core French.   There is a short timescale for turnaround.
