The RCDSB welcomes and encourages the use of school spaces outside of school hours for local community groups. The goal is to make our school spaces available where community members can gather, attend programs, become physically active and build stronger local connections.  The Community Use of Schools program aims to provide accessible spaces for non-profit groups and other organizations in need of a space to host meetings, workshops, recreational programs and sports league events.

The Ministry of Education provides funding which allows RCDSB to offer affordable access for non-for-profit groups to both indoor and outdoor spaces at reduced rates. 

Please click on the Rent a Facility below to create an account (if one does not already exist) and submit a permit. Please note permits must be entered a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the event.
