Electronic Signs

By 2024, all Renfrew County District School Board (RCDSB) elementary and secondary schools will have an electronic/digital sign outside of their building.

Electronic signs at RCDSB buildings are an important and effective way for the District and individual schools to communicate with students, staff and our communities. They are also critical for communicating important and timely information to visitors and the neighbouring school community. These can include school closures, emergency response notices, and government notices. 

The RCDSB does not advertise for private business on their digital signs, unless there is an established partnership with the organization (such as a fundraising initiative) and the initiative aligns with the District’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
