RCDSB staff now have the ability to request new IT work orders and track the progress of existing work orders online:

New work orders will be forwarded to the appropriate IT Staff, and you will receive confirmation of the work order via e-mail. You may check on the status of your work order(s) by visiting servicedesk.rcdsb.on.ca or contacting the IT Help Desk. |
