Thank you to the students, families, staff, and community partners who shared their voices in our Strategic Plan consultations this spring.

Your input is shaping the next four-year Strategic Plan (2026-2030) for the Renfrew County District School Board.

What happens next:

  • We are reviewing all feedback from consultation sessions and surveys.
  • The final plan will be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval in December 2026
  • Once approved, the Strategic Plan will be shared with the community.
  • The Strategic Plan will be implemented beginning in January 2026.

Our Current Strategic Plan

The Renfrew County District School Board (RCDSB) Strategic Plan 2021-2025 focuses on providing our students the advantages they need to excel in and out of the classroom.

We action our priorities through the stewardship of resources and an ongoing commitment to the measurement of our progress. 

Goal statements have been established for each Strategic Priority to ensure that the organizations' collective work - at the school level and system level - reflects our commitment to the stewardship of resources (human, material and fiscal) and the measurement of progress over time. 

Our Strategic Priorities are:
