The Renfrew County District School Board (RCDSB) oversees the operations of 24 elementary schools, seven secondary schools, four continuing education alternative schools (adult high schools), and four programs for alternative learning (student success) in the County of Renfrew, Ontario. Approximately 10,000 students attend our 31 schools. You can find a school located near you and view our school boundaries.

If you have a child starting school or transferring from another board, you can view our registration and transfers details for early learning, kindergarten, international students and continuing education/alternative schools. You'll also be interested in school start and dismissal times.

Putting Children First is integral to all our operations, and we encourage the community to use our school spaces as gathering places to do just that. Visit community use of school for details on renting one of our facilities.

Being able to speak both French and English is an advantage for any Canadian student. RCDSB students have an opportunity to pursue one of three possible French as a Second Language programs. Visit French as a Second Language to learn more.

RCDSB has invested in new and enhanced resources to provide our schools with leading edge technology. Information Technology in our Schools summarizes the initiatives that are improving the quality of education for students attending our schools.

Cancellations, weather-related closures, and important notices are posted on our website homepage. Our calendar is up-to-date with events and meetings scheduled throughout the year.

Many of our students take the bus to school every day. You can read about the transportation services offered through the Renfrew County Joint Transportation Consortium (RCJTC).
