If you cannot reset your own password with the above link, or if you require your account be unlocked, please use the following link to submit a work order and schedule a callback:
New work orders will be forwarded to the appropriate IT Staff, and you will receive confirmation of the work order via e-mail. You may check on the status of your work order(s) by visiting servicedesk.rcdsb.on.ca or contacting the IT Help Desk.
