📝 Parent Resources for Noticing Mental Health Concerns

Summer transitions can be a time of excitement for students, as they also navigate the change of not having the daily routine of school. It can be helpful for parents to have a guide to monitor their child's well-being. We have attached a Mental Health Info Sheet & Worksheet to support parents with identifying signs that their child/youth may need additional support. These are simple tools designed to help you notice and track subtle changes in your child’s thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Wishing you and your family a safe, happy, and restful summer.
