Student Success

At every RCDSB secondary school, a dedicated and collaborative Student Success team works to strengthen the educational experience for students, particularly those facing barriers. Their primary goal is to re-engage students in their learning by aligning their education with their individual strengths and interests. This specialized support helps better prepare students for graduation and their transition to post-secondary pathways.

The Student Success team is equipped to provide personalized support, help students solve problems, and effectively address any learning or engagement barriers they may be experiencing. By working collaboratively, the team offers tailored support and facilitates access to a variety of flexible learning options designed to meet individual needs and circumstances.
